Phoenix Kindergarten is a purpose-built Kindergarten with two large children’s rooms and a shared dedicated Art room, all designed to provide a feeling of familiarity and warmth. The outdoor area offers natural areas to explore, investigate and navigate with a vast range of spaces in which to play for inquisitive minds and risk takers.
Phoenix Kindergarten strives to offer children a unique combination of educational programs. These are designed with current enrolled children in mind. These include Bush Kinder program and indoor/outdoor program. These are designed to offer shared goals aimed at fostering happy, confident and well-adjusted children.
We offer a play-based approach to learning with routine and structure included to assist children with transition to school in the year following their four year old year. Our environment provides stimulating and challenging materials and areas that allow children to experience a range of learning experiences and risks. We use both the National and Victorian Early Childhood and Development Frameworks to guide our curriculum.
Phoenix Kindergarten is a centre where children can share positive experiences with their family, peers and Phoenix P-12 Community College with numerous opportunities for all to be involved in their Kinder year.
Please visit the ECKA (Eureka Community Kindergarten Association) website for details on how to enrol.
